Which documents do I have to provide when I put in my first order (opening an account)?

If you want to be granted access to our webshop is sufficient to fill out all information requested in the registration form on our website (login à registration).

If additional information is needed to create a webshop user our sales team will get contact you. Otherwise an automated invitation email will be sent to set your password and you are ready to start.

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

It is not possible to change our cancel the order in the online shop. If you want an order to be adapted please contact our sales team.

 

How can I track my order?

  1. Login
  2. Click on user name
  3. Go to “My orders” page
  4. Search for your order(s).
  5. Click on “Show details” to gain additional information.

On the “My orders” page it is possible to check the order status as well as the status of your delivery. If a tracking link is available it can be found via “Show details” below the documents.

 

How can I add a delivery address?

  1. Login
  2. Click on user name
  3. Go to “My Company” page
  4. Click on “Add Delivery Address”
  5. Enter the address you want to add
  6. Click on “Save”

The address you sent will be verified and approved by our sales team. As soon as the process is finished the address will be available in the webshop and ready for you to select.

 

How can I add a sub user and what are the advantages?

  1. Login
  2. Click on user name
  3. Go to “My Company” page
  4. Click on the button “Invite User”
  5. Enter the personal data of your colleague and click “Submit”
  6. DONE! Your colleague receives a password invitation email for login

Please note that for those users you invite it is possible to adapt the user authorizations. Furthermore they can be deactivated or deleted.

 

Where can I see the current status of my order?

  1. Login via login mask
  2. Click on user name in the header
  3. Select “My Orders” from the menu
  4. Use the search and filter mask to look for a specific order
  5. DONE! You can see the order status on the order status line

 

How can I re-order an item?

  1. Login
  2. Click on user name in header
  3. Go to “My Orders” page
  4. Search for an order you want to reorder
  5. Open the details of the order
  6. Tick the checkbox “re-order” for all items you want to re-order
  7. Click on button “put marked items into cart”

 

How can I create a shopping list?

  1. Login
  2. Click on user name in header
  3. Go to “My Shopping List” page
  4. Click on button “Create new shopping list”
  5. Choose a name for the shopping list
  6. Click on “Save”

 

How can I put an item on the shopping list?

  1. Login
  2. Configure an item and put it to the cart
  3. Go to cart
  4. Tick the checkbox “Add item to shopping list” for all items you want to add to a shopping list
  5. If there is no existing shopping list create a new one.
  6. Click on “Put marked items to shopping cart” (on the left hand side on the very bottom of the cart page)

 

 

How can I convert a quotation into an order?

  1. Login
  2. Click on user name in header
  3. Go to “My Quotations” page
  4. Open the quotation you want to convert
  5. Click on the button “Convert quote to order”
    → You will be forwarded to the cart.
  6. Confirm the eCommerce provisions and data privacy
  7. Click on the button “Accept quote and order”
